BASICS Ezeiza is located 20 miles (34 km) southwest of the center of Buenos Aires. A tourist information desk in the International Terminal is open from 8:30 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. daily.
TAXI Ignore the many offers for a ride to the city from the crowds of drivers outside the arrivals hall. Go to the taxi booth to book a taxi to the city, or go to the Manuel Tienda Leon (54-1-4816-7676) counter in the arrivals area to book a car with driver to the city. The fare to the city center is about 35 to 45 pesos ($34-$43). Travel time about 45 minutes, depending on the traffic.
BUS There is a bus service from the airport terminal to the city center. Manuel Tienda Leon operates a bus service from the airport terminal to the city center about every 1/2 hour from 5 A.M. to 10 P.M. Purchase a ticket from the booth just outside the customs area. Fare is about 14 pesos ($13). The buses go to all the major downtown hotels and the central bus terminal; trip time is about 40 minutes.
